PFEIFER and Gleistein at the Seatrade Cruise Global

For PFEIFER it was the first participation at the Seatrade Cruise Global in Florida. And that was not the only novelty: It was also the first time that the PFEIFER Rope application technology teamed one booth together with the partners of Gleistein Ropes.

Ropes for lifeboats

The participation in the fair was successful for both companies. It was not only possible to establish new contacts, but also to boost further orders and to drive projects forward. A large number of lifeboat ropes will soon be assembled by the PFEIFER team in the USA and shipped to cruise ships around the globe.

Matching know-how

The project of high-strength, ultra-light mooring ropes from Gleistein was also presented at the cruise fair and is now developing very positively. The fair showed that PFEIFER and Gleistein, with their combined expertise in wire and fiber ropes, are the ideal partners for the cruise industry.
